<p>BJP State president Pralhad Joshi has sought an explanation from party leader Tejaswini for her remarks against Minister for Kannada and Culture Umashree.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Joshi said Tejaswini’s remarks had embarrassed the party. “BJP is a disciplined party. No functionary should make personal remarks against anybody,” he said.<br /><br />Tejaswini had asked whether it was possible for a woman politician to assume power in Congress without compromising her honour and self-respect. <br /><br />She had sought to know how Umashree managed to get a ministerial berth. Joshi said disciplinary action would be taken against Tejaswini after receiving her explanation.</p>
