<p>Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Social Welfare Minister H Anjaneya, on Tuesday, favoured talks with the aggrieved parties to find a solution to the raging issue over a section of students belonging to upper castes refusing mid-day meals prepared by a dalit cook at the government higher primary school at Kuppegala in the taluk. But, the duo didn’t walk the talk. They have so far not visited the village.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Reacting to media queries, upon their arrival at Hotel Lalith Mahal Palace helipad in the city, the chief minister said: “I will hold talks with both the parties. Whether it is happening in my constituency or another place, it should not happen.” <br /><br />However, the duo did not visit the village, even though they attended the inauguration of the new building of the government high school at Puttegowdanahundi on T Narsipur main road, nine km from Kuppegala.</p>
