Munch on these for good health

Fruits make healthy and safe snacks. Here’s looking at the benefits of some:
BananaMake a good restorative drink for convalescing by mixing mashed banana with tender coconut water and glucose/ honey.

For amoebic dysentery, have a banana before food, as it has anti-bacterial properties.  To gain weight, drink a glass of buttermilk daily, along with a mashed banana and honey.

To boost growth in weak children, give a glass of milk with a mashed
banana, chopped figs and honey daily.

To cure bleeding piles, take a banana with two cardamoms at bedtime.

For a wrinkle-free complexion and also to get rid of pimple scars, apply a mask of mashed banana with ground rose petals or rose water.

Fig
It is a fat-free fruit; it stimulates the taste buds and is good for loss of
appetite.
It is good for combating protein
deficiency.
Regular consumption helps keep the arteries clog-free, by relieving free
radicals.
For persistent cough with phlegm, munch on a few figs everyday.
nIt helps dissolve and expel minute urinary stones.
A few figs taken daily helps heal
gastric ulcers.

Cherry
 To boost growth in kids, make it a part of everyday diet.
As a cure for dandruff , try cherry seed powder; it makes for an excellent shampoo.
 Regular intake of cherries makes for a good nerve tonic.
