NBW against Janardhana Reddy

 
Reddy and Raidurga MLA Ramachandra Reddy, who is also director of the OMC, had not appeared in the court for the last two years.

On December 31, civil judge (Junior division) K K Amaranath had issued the non-bailable warrant.

T N R Mines owner Tappal Narayana Reddy had filed a complaint in Torangal police station against Janardhana Reddy, Ramachandra Reddy and five others alleging that they had destroyed the boundary marks.

He also alleged that he was assaulted and threatened. Janardhana Reddy and Ramachandra Reddy had secured anticipatory bail in the case.
