'Co-operate with court to quickly dispose cases'

Poor are not aware of legal issue, says AA President Reddy

 
He was speaking at his welcoming function on Monday and said stress should be laid on not unnecessarily delaying the cases.

Advocates’ Association (AA) President Papi Reddy said, the association had a lot of respect for the judge who has attained this position at a very young age. In these parts majority of the poor are residing.

They are not aware of legal issues and unnecessarily get stuck in the legal mess.

Principle Civil Junior Judge Vijay Kumar, advocates B K Prabhakar, Ashwathanarayan, Venkatesh, Venugopal, Sathyanarayan, Manjunath, Ravindranath, Vishwanath, Muniraju, Prabhu, Ashok, Yoganand, Ramesh, Lakshmi, Yasmin, Dyavappa and K M Nagamani were present on the occasion.

New judge for KGF

Judge K Shivaram has been transferred from the JMFC court and in his place Junior Judge G Prabhavati assumed charge in Kolar Gold Fields on Monday.

On this occasion, Advocates’ Association President Rajagopal Gowda and the other officer bearers welcomed her.

Advocates N N Rajan, Srinivasalu, Prakash, Murali, Mugendran, Sudha, Noorjahan and Kalavathi were present.
