<div> Congress leaders V S Ugrappa and H M Revanna, on Wednesday, accused the Union government of trying to cripple the State administration by rejecting its recommendation to appoint retired Karnataka High Court judge H N Nagamohan Das as Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) chairman.<br /><div><br />Addressing reporters, Ugrappa said the Centre has taken the decision to reject the recommendation of the State in this regard after a delay of six months. <br /><br />“It is clear that the intention was to cripple the administration,” he added.<br />He dared former chief ministers of the BJP and the JD(S) to face a probe by a retired Supreme Court judge on how their wealth shot up after they became chief minister. <br /></div></div>
