Prathyoosha scored 62 not out as KSCA, batting first, posted a challenging 149/5 from their allotted 30 overs.
Soumya then starred with the ball, her 3/28 helping restrict TNCA to 143/7 in 30 overs.
Nida Rehman top-scored for TNCA with 45.
