The Glass House celebrates Valentine’s Day with an array of mouth-watering dishes. Savour the sumptuous three-course set menu specially prepared by the culinary experts of the place.

On offer will be truffle-scented green pea puree with crème fraiche and thyme scented cream of chicken soup among others. For main course, choose from delicious options including the teriyaki glazed chicken breast with mustard vegetables, cherry tomato, sprouts and pickled ginger, cottage cheese stack with Mediterranean vegetables, braised green, herbed tomato emulsion, spaghetti with ratatouille, wild mushrooms and Parmesan cream sauce. Dig into the cold strawberry cheese cake with mixed berry sorbet and chocolate mille feuille with popcorn ice cream.
