Valentine’s Day is around the corner and what better way to celebrate it than with red roses? The shops are all set to offer the best quality  roses and designs for the season. The demand for roses during the season is high and so are the prices.

The roses that are in demand this season are ‘Taj Mahal’, ‘Grand Gala’ and ‘First Red’. The prices of roses are increasing by the day. Today, it is Rs 5 but on Valentine’s Day, it usually increases to Rs 10 because of the demand.”

Meghana A, a professional, feels that flowers have always been associated with love. “Some flower arrangements are meant for women and some for men, but ultimately it all comes down on our personal taste. I like to use my creativity and arrange flowers for my lover which is far more romantic.”
