<p>Here’s a piece of good news for food enthusiasts. ‘Culinary Art India, 2015’ is back again this year. Organised by Indian Culinary Forum, the ‘Culinary Art India, 2015’ will kickstart from March 10 and continue till March 14, 2015 at Hall number 18, Pragati Maidan.<br /><br /></p>.<p>As many as 300 chefs from different hospitality companies and institutes will come together under one roof and exhibit their culinary skills. It is a platform for chefs across North India to come and display their talent, learn and share their experiences. World Association of Chefs Societie’s (WACS) certified chefs will judge and decide the winners at the event.<br /><br />The five-day event has been organised to recognise excellence in culinary skills. Renowned national and international chefs are participating in this event as honorary guests and juries. Chef Oliver Esser Soe Thet, president, Myanmar Chefs Association, will be the chairperson of the jury.<br /><br />Chef Vivek Saggar, organising secretary of the festival, said, “The prime objective of Culinary Art India is to establish a professional platform where culinary professionals across India can display their individual and combined skills, creative talent, learn and share experiences, partner and network in a purely business-like and competitive environment. It will also give youngsters an opportunity to come up with new and innovative ideas.”<br /><br />The event aims to create awareness about the profession and felicitates the achievers. Well known chefs from the hospitality industry will showcase their expertise at this food fiesta and the public will witness live cooking demonstrations by culinary enthusiasts and well known chefs. </p>
