The BJP central leadership on Wednesday asked its State unit to raise the Arkavathi Layout denotification scam in the legislature to corner the government.
The State government has courted controversy for “illegally” denotifying land last June for the Arkavathi Layout.
BJP president Amit Shah, in a meeting with State party leaders, also discussed preparations for the party’s national executive in Bengaluru from April 2.
BJP leaders present in the meeting included former chief ministers B S Yeddyurappa, Jagadish Shettar.
