<p>Three foreign students, who had continued to stay in the city, despite the expiry of their visa, were taken into custody by Viajayanagar Police, in the city, on Saturday.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The students have been identified as Mohammed Harun and Zahir, citizens of Afghanisthan, and Mortaza, a citizen of Iran. <br /><br />While the term of Harun’s visa, a student of Mahajana College had expired in May 2014, Zahir’s visa had expired in August 2014 itself. Mortaza’s visa had expired in the month of June last year. <br /><br />Despite the expiry of visa, the students had continued to stay in the city.<br />The students were arrested recently and have been sent to judicial custody.<br /></p>
