Gowramma, mother of the deceased IAS officer DK Ravi, has been admitted to a government hospital in Huliyurdurga, Tumkuru.
The bereaved mother has been protesting and demanding a CBI probe in her son's death since past four days.
She has been refusing to eat anything since her son's death.

Despite protests across the state of Karnataka, the government has still not accepted the demand for a CBI inquiry.
DK Ravi was found hanging to his ceiling at his apartment in Koramangla on Monday, March 16.
