Four of the accused in the murder of small-time Kannada actor Naveen Krishna surrendered before the court, here, on Monday.
Deepu, Lokesh, Diwakar and Krishna — all residents of Belavadi, on the outskirts of the city — surrendered around noon. The court remanded them to police custody, and handed over to Vijayanagar police. According to the police, a total of six persons have been arrested in connection with the murder till date. Two persons, Mani and Manu, were arrested on March 19. A few others, suspected to be involved in the murder are absconding and police are on a look out for them.
Naveen was brutally murdered in public, while he was attending a religious programme at Maramma temple, in Belavadi, on March 15.
