Jindal Stainless' CFO Jitender Verma has resigned from the company after putting in more than three years in the OP Jindal Group firm.
Verma has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 25, 2015, due to personal reasons, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
He also held the position of Executive Director (Finance) in the debt-ridden company.
A chartered accountant, Verma joined the company in November 2011 from steel major POSCO's Thailand-arm Thainox.
Jindal Stainless is currently on way for a business rejig with debt of around Rs 8,500 crore.
Shares of Jindal Stainless Ltd today plunged another 4.52 per cent to close at Rs 35.95 per scrip on the BSE.
