<p>Speaking after inaugurating the convention of division-level secretaries and district commissioners here on Saturday, he said that Scouts and Guides has 219 local chapters and a good performance at local level would help in organising the movement on a macro-level.<br /><br />Scouts and Guides meet will be held at various places in the State. The first division-level meet will be held at Kolar, followed by Chitradurga and Hassan.
