“I think there was some problem. The DGCA has initiated investigation into the incident,” a senior DGCA official told PTI here on Tuesday night. The official, however, did not give details.
According to sources, the airline did not allot seats to three of its passengers on its flight KU-302 from Mumbai to Kuwait on October 12 last year.
The passengers had to travel standing during their journey, sources said.
