NYSE-listed, $1.1-bn, US-based engineering, IT and staffing solutions major CDI Corporation on Thursday announced entering into a definitive agreement to acquire Bengaluru-based ScaleneWorks People Solutions, a firm involved in talent acquisition solutions in India, for an undisclosed amount.
CDI’s customers operate in Oil, Gas and Chemicals to Aerospace and Industrial Equipment, and others.
