The 20th edition of the iconic music festival, ‘Freedom Jam’, will take place on August 14 and 16 at Rangoli Indoor Auditorium, MG Road Metro, Boulevard, August 14, 4 pm onwards at Phoenix MarketCity, Whitefield, and on August 15 and 16 at Swami Vivekananda Metro Station.
It is a festival which enables artistes to express their work freely without commercial constraints. Artistes do not take a performance fee and the audience enjoys music without any entry ticket.
This year’s festival will feature many bands who are regular names at the other editions of this festival and have carved out successful careers for themselves.
Some of the bands are ‘Thermal And A Quarter’, ‘MoonArra’, ‘Jazz Revival’, ‘Lucid Dreams’, ‘Broken Membrane’, ‘Yell-O’ and ‘Baja’’.
