Dig into an elaborate spread

Ente Keralam’ is all set to welcome King Mahabali by celebrating ‘Onam’ and offering the special ‘sadhya’ till August 30 at its restaurant on Ulsoor Road. The talented chef, Thirumeni Unnikrishnan Namboodiri will be spearheading this traditional dining experience by preparing delicious dishes with his team of chefs flown in specifically for the feast.

The ‘Sadhya’ includes a special assortment of two ‘payasams’, two ‘pradhaman’, four kinds of fried chips, four unique pickles, ‘kaalan’, ‘olan’, ‘thoran’, ‘errusery’, ‘avial’, ‘sambhar’, ‘rasam’ and more.

The ‘sadhya’, which is made from unique traditional ingredients, will be prepared in a special kitchen set up at the restaurant for the festival, to ensure the food is prepared in the most immaculate and ritually pure environment. The cost of the special ‘sadhya’ is Rs 495 plus taxes.

The hosts at ‘Ente Keralam’ will be seen in traditional Kerala outfits, while the restaurant will be decorated with beautiful ‘pookkalams’ and other festivities to celebrate. Take-away options are also available at the outlet.
