<p> Kadugodi police arrested two Bangladeshi nationals and recovered three counterfeit Indian currency notes of Rs 500 denomination each and Rs 52,000 genuine Indian currency notes.<br />The suspects are Mufujuddin Sheikh (49) and Dil Hach (32), both from Mehboob Ganj village near Dhaka. They were arrested when the police were detaining a few persons suspected to be involved in unlawful activities, due to the red alert on the occasion of Republic Day. The two confessed that they had circulated a few counterfeit notes at shop and other business establishments.</p>
