One step inside the restaurant and it’s abundantly clear that this is a space quite unlike any other; from the designs on the walls to the items on the menu, and even the way the drinks are served, it is something unique.

.
With an exciting laboratory of fusion and flavours from their kitchen, the entire menu is created with the idea of providing one a unique and unusual meal, some of which are unheard of! One of the elements that make the place interesting is their top-table calendar style menu — one side displays the dishes and the other side, the drinks.

The ‘Phirangi pani’, a chilled avocado ‘pani puri’ soup, makes for a refreshing start. As presentation is one of the most crucial aspects of a successful restaurant, the chef ensures an exciting treat for the eyes with the ‘Kolkata by trawler’, a ‘jhal muri’ made fresh on one’s table. Similarly, they add a twist to the appetisers with their ‘Tengda bao’, ‘Wings 65’, ‘Samurai bacon wrap’, and the traditional ‘Stove grilled ghee roast sandwich’, which is served with the toaster.

For the main course, they’ve fused a variety of flavours that results in their ‘Chicken lababdar pizza’, ‘Happy exciting biryani’, ‘Roman massaman’, ‘Kashmiri bakri new-ochi’ and ‘Samurai hanoi’, all of which are presented in colourful cutlery. If all of this does not impress a person, their special cocktails will surely do the trick.

Usually, one does not enjoy being on drips when at a hospital, but with their ‘Drip me tight’ — presented with the stand and the bag — they will surely change their mind. Similarly, the ‘Kid’s creme’ is served in a feeding bottle, and ‘Genie in a bottle’ has a mystical effect because of the liquid nitrogen.
