<p>Filmmaker Subhash Ghai is gearing up to produce a biopic, action drama and a film with social message.<br /><br /></p>.<p>On its 37th anniversary, Ghai's Mukta Arts is ready with three film projects to be produced next year with big stars and top directors.<br /><br />"We are working on three projects one is an action drama film with an A-lister actor. The second project is a biopic and another film is with theme of social elements. These two films will be made with new generation of actors," Ghai told PTI.<br /><br />Presently, Ghai is supervising these projects as a producer. "We have not signed any actors for the film. I am good friends with most of the A-list actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Hrithik Roshan, Jackie Shroff, Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit," he said.<br /><br />Mukta Arts celebrated its 37th anniversary in a small gathering at the Iskon Temple in suburban Juhu. The company has come a long way from its inception in 1978 to having produced movies like "Karz", "Hero", "Karma", "Ram Lakhan", "Saudagar", "Khalnayak", "Pardes", "Taal" and "Yaadein" among others.<br /><br />Away from films, the company is also credited with o creating India's largest and only private world-class film institute, Whistling Woods International.</p>
