The bench comprising Justice Manjula Chellur and Justice Abdul Nazeer will hear the matter.
The petition filed by former Mayors P R Ramesh and Ramachandrappa was adjourned twice after two judges, Justice Gopalagowda and Justice Venu Gopalagowda recused from hearing the matter.
Justice Venugopala Gowda had said that he would recuse from hearing as he was a government advocate in 2006, when the first PIL, which is mentioned in the fresh PIL was being heard.
A day before this, the division bench headed by Justice V Gopalagowda had said that the matter should be heard by some other bench, when the counsel for the petitioner sought to hear the matter at the earliest.
The petitioners had moved the High Court challenging the withdrawal of BBMP polls notification by State Election Commission (SEC) on January 29, 2010.
