Breakfast all day

Last Updated 06 November 2015, 18:30 IST

Breakfast can be the most delicious meal of the day, with pancakes, waffles, bacon and eggs and more, but why restrict it to just mornings? Why not have it throughout the day? Keeping this in mind, many of the restarauteurs in the City have opened up all-day breakfast lines for people to indulge in scrumptious but light meals whenever they want.

One such place is a 10-month-old restaurant called ‘154 Breakfast Club’. Nestled in a cosy corner of Koramangala 3rd block, this small hut-shaped breakfast restaurant is open all day to deliver breakfast goodies to everyone.

And post 12 pm, they also have a lunch menu that extends throughout the day. The staff talk about how some college students come by 10 am and demand their special burgers, but they stay strict to timings.

The menu consists of everything from ‘The Big Breakfast’ to waffles, pancakes, pastas and more. Vegetarians might find it a bit challenging to find something for themselves. For those who can’t or don’t consume eggs, a visit isn’t even worth it.

They stay true to bringing out the fluffiest pancakes and waffles; some of the popular ones including the ‘Chocolaty Twist Pancake’, ‘Nutella Pancake’, ‘Banana and Chocolate Waffles’ and the ‘154 Triple-Play Pancakes’.

But if you have a big appetite, ‘Meat Your Maker’ and ‘Three Way Breakfast’ is just the one for you.

And for all the scrambled eggs and omelette fans, choose from their ‘Bacon and Cheese Omelette’, ‘BBQ Chicken Cheese Omelette’ and ‘Corn, Spinach and Jalapeno Omelette’.

However, all of these flavours aren’t as exciting after they arrive at the table. One might be excited with the first bite or two, but that’s about it.

If getting your stomach full and checking the ‘did you have breakfast today’ box is on your agenda, this place might just do justice. ‘154 Breakfast Club’ is located at 8th Main Road, Koramangala 3rd Block. For reservations, call 49652862.
