RSS 5-day camp begins in Kutch

The ideological mentor of the ruling BJP, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), began its five-day workshop for its vibhag pracharaks in Mandvi tehsil of border district of Kutch.

The event – “Akhil Bharatiya Prashikshan Varg” is scheduled to end on November 15 and over 270 vibhag pracharaks from across the country are expected to participate in the event, a senior RSS official said.

Mandvi happens to be the same place from where an indiscrete religious outfit had in last Navratri threatened to ensure that people seeking to enter the garba venues for celebration either apply a tilak on their forehead and get gaumutra (cow urine) sprinkled. This, they said, was being done to keep non-Hindus, especially Muslims, out of the venues.
