JOIN US The next sitting of Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench Kochi in Circuit Bench, will be held at the Parachute Regimental Training Centre (PRTC), near Doordarshan Kendra, JC Nagar from December 21 to 23.
Litigants from Karnataka are requested to make full use of the facility that is being offered on regular basis.
Armed Forces Tribunal has been set up under the provisions of Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, for the adjudication or trial of disputes and conditions of service in respect of persons subject to the Army Act, the Navy Act and the Air Force Act and also to provide for appeals arising out of orders, findings or sentences of Court Martial held under the said acts and for matters connected there with or incidental there to. Retired persons including their dependents, heirs and successors can also approach this tribunal.
