<p>The High Court on Thursday directed the State government to file a report, in the next hearing, with regard to a petition seeking directions to all private schools to have a display board outside the school premises, mentioning details about the school. <br /><br /></p>.<p>The petitioner, Karnataka Vidyarthigala Poshakara Jagruthi Vedike, had given a representation to the DPI to have a display board mentioning details of the school, including its establishment, recognition, student strength, teachers, management, staff, fee structure and more. Accordingly the DPI issued a circular on April 13, 2015, to display the board, measuring 6X10 feet, on the school compound, providing detailed information of the school. <br />The petitioner contended that the display board has to be implemented as per the Karna<br />taka Education (Classification, Regulation and Prescription of Curricula) Rule, 1995. However, the petitioner, argued that the circular has not been impl-emented by the schools. Justice A S Bopanna adjourned the hearing.</p>
