<p>VET First Grade College held a fashion show in their premises. It was hosted by the students of BSc Fashion and Apparel Design department. They showcased talents of budding designers — the graduating students — who displayed at least 5 dresses each. <br /><br /></p>.<p>‘La-Moda’ had 11 designers who worked with various themes like black widow spider, architecture, antelope, monochromatic colour scheme, candy, nature, ruffles, cocktails, fuchsia and more.<br /><br />The chief guests were Nagendra Prasad and Nikitha Narayan. Leela Mohan representing Bangalore University was the judge and evaluator for the programme. It was a very eventful and proud moment. The winning categories were ‘best designer’, which was won by Ramya S N for her theme ‘Antelopes’; ‘best hair style and make up’, which was won by Pawanie Jain for the theme ‘Architecture’; ‘best accessories and props’, which was won by Sridhar for ‘Ruffles’. The ‘best model hunt’ award went to Rakshitha Raj; ‘overall presentation’ to Supriya for a monochromatic theme and ‘viewer’s choice’ to Sridhar K S for the theme ‘Rose’.</p>
