Bengaluru-based 1to1Help.net, a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider in India, has signed a long-term strategic alliance with Morneau Shepell, the leading provider of EAP in North America.
The two companies have combined forces to provide EAP services to employees of multinational companies.
“India has emerged as a major centre of employment for multinational corporations, both those headquartered elsewhere, as well as those based in India that are expanding their operations globally," said Richard Albert, Vice President, Global Business Development, Morneau Shepell.
“Over half of Fortune 500 companies have employees in India, which has become a world leader in business process outsourcing, technology and manufacturing operations,” he said.
