The police have arrested 10 persons in connection with the murder of B Harsha (28) in Vijayanagar on April 27.
The arrested are Ravi Kumar (21), Sanjay S, Santosh, Naveen M, Sudhakar M, S Saravana, (all 19), Abhishekh M (21), all residents of Magadi Road, and Sanjay (22) of Pattegarapalya, Sagar of Mallathahalli and Prasad G (both 21) of Vijayanagar.
Chain-snatcher held
The Vijayanagar police arrested a man from Uttar Pradesh on charges of chain-snatching and recovered gold chains worth Rs 9 lakh from him.
The arrested, Hariprakash alias Bablu, used to target women who came for morning/evening walks and rob them of their gold chains. They robbed six women in Vijayanagar and Kamakshipalya, the police added.
