<p>Ingredients:<br /><br /></p>.<p>n Dosa batter-100 gms<br /><br />n Sliced capsicum- 35 gms<br /><br />n Sliced onion- 25 gms<br /><br />n Carrot julienne- 35 gms<br /><br />n Flavoured cheese - 50 gms<br /><br />Method:<br /><br />n Take dosa batter and spread the dosa in a circular motion on a hot griddle.<br /><br />n Saute capsicum, onion, carrot cut in shreds on the side of hot griddle and spread in the centre of dosa.<br /><br />n Add creamy cheese spread on top of vegetables.<br /><br />n Roll it and cut in two pieces for appearance and place in a platter.<br /><br />n Serve with tasty coconut, red, green chutney and sambar.</p>
