7 SME IPOs to open on NSE EMERGE

National Stock Exchange of India’s (NSE) SME platform ‘NSE EMERGE’ will witness a flurry of SME IPOs opening on September 30. In a first, seven SME IPOs will open for subscription simultaneously, for making a debut on NSE’s SME platform subsequently.

Issue sizes of the seven small and medium enterprises (SMEs) range from Rs 3.86 crore to Rs 14.80 crore. These SMEs are based out of Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. “We have been going to different industrial cluster to make entrepreneurs aware of benefits of fund raising through the exchange platform. NSE EMERGE helps SMEs in their growth phase to meet funding requirements in a transparent manner,” NSE group head — equity, equity derivatives and SME Ravi Varanasi said.
