<p>The Union Minister had made a visit to Chikkaballapur to take part in the victory celebrations.<br /><br />For the development of roads in the newly developed layout Rs 10 crore will be required, while Rs 5 crore will be needed for providing basic amenities, Rs 1 crore for installing high-mast lamps etc, explained Prakash.<br /><br />Though Chikkaballapur is a district centre its development has been handicapped. There are no provision of basic amenities in the district.<br /><br /> Thus, the minister from the region should contribute and encourage the development of Chikkaballapur, appealed the CMC president.</p>
