He said “DCC Bank could lend loan at the rate of 3 per cent interest owing to government support. As per the rules and regulation, Co-operative department Joint Registrar should be appointed as Election Officer to conduct election in Co-operative sector.”
Election officer has passed gazzette notification to conduct election in the district on April 10. However, DCC Bank administrative body has taken a decision to conduct the election before March 30, which is violation of the law. According to law, DCC Bank election can not be conducted within March 30, he added.
