According to the police, Siddaiah, a resident of Maradur village had hosted a dinner party at his home on Friday night.
Leftover food
Villagers who were served with leftover food on Saturday were taken ill immediately after consuming it. The villagers were soon shifted to Hunsur General Hospital.
Chilkunda Zilla Panchayat Member C T Rajanna enquired about the health of the people undergoing treatment at the hospital. Tahsildhar Praveen also visited the ailing at the hospital.
