HC accepts paternity suit against Tiwari

The bench headed by Justice Vikramajit Sen accepted the petition of Rohit Shekhar who has sought direction to Tiwari to undergo a paternity test.

The High Court had asked Tiwari to give his response to the suit filed by Shekhar, 31, seeking its direction to Tiwari to declare him as his biological father.
Shekhar has claimed he was born out of an intimate relationship between his mother Ujjwala Sharma and Tiwari, a charge denied by the latter.

In his reply, Tiwari had refuted all the allegations and submitted that the suit was filed to malign him.
