<p>The bench headed by Justice Vikramajit Sen accepted the petition of Rohit Shekhar who has sought direction to Tiwari to undergo a paternity test. <br /><br />The High Court had asked Tiwari to give his response to the suit filed by Shekhar, 31, seeking its direction to Tiwari to declare him as his biological father.<br />Shekhar has claimed he was born out of an intimate relationship between his mother Ujjwala Sharma and Tiwari, a charge denied by the latter.<br /><br />In his reply, Tiwari had refuted all the allegations and submitted that the suit was filed to malign him.</p>
