A local court has issued a warrant against Kannada film actor Pooja Gandhi in connection with a cheque bounce case.
The police said that the actor had taken Rs 4 crore from a financier after signing for a movie.
But the movie failed to take off and the financier asked her to return the money. The actor and her father had given a cheque which bounced due to insufficient balance in the bank account.
The financier had approached the local court and warrant was sent to the actor and her father.
