<p> At a time when peace is gradually returning after several months of unrest in the Valley, the surfacing of new terror videos in Jammu and Kashmir has sent security agencies into a tizzy. <br /><br /></p>.<p>In the first video, militants, possibly from the Lashkar-e-Toiba and Hizb-ul Mujahideen outfits, are seen holding a joint meeting at an undisclosed destination. <br /><br />The ultras are seen entering a well laid out room one by one in, possibly to avoid detection by security forces, and then seen warmly hugging and receiving each other.<br /> <br />In another video, somewhere in south Kashmir in September last year, militants can be seen roaming freely holding guns and chanting slogans. <br /><br /></p>
