At a time when peace is gradually returning after several months of unrest in the Valley, the surfacing of new terror videos in Jammu and Kashmir has sent security agencies into a tizzy.
In the first video, militants, possibly from the Lashkar-e-Toiba and Hizb-ul Mujahideen outfits, are seen holding a joint meeting at an undisclosed destination.
The ultras are seen entering a well laid out room one by one in, possibly to avoid detection by security forces, and then seen warmly hugging and receiving each other.
In another video, somewhere in south Kashmir in September last year, militants can be seen roaming freely holding guns and chanting slogans.
