Welcome the ‘Year of the Rooster’ as ‘Singkong’ celebrates the Chinese New Year with a special menu for the festivities. Chef Vikas Seth will serve an array of delectable culinary creations that are sure to satisfy your taste buds.

Kickstart your feast with the ‘Asian grilled baby lobster with black bean chilli and stir fry greens’ — cooked to perfection, this tender and fresh dish is a big hit with seafood lovers.

A unique item on the menu is the ‘Wild mushroom purple dumpling’, created with organic colour that gives the dumplings their purple hue.

The ‘Banana leaf wrapped grilled red snapper with sweet basil Thai chilli sauce, roasted spiced peanuts and steamed buns’ on the side is a must-try while the ‘Whole wheat noodles with edamame and shitake’ give a healthy twist to your regular noodles. 

All time favourites such as the Cantonese Style ‘Roasted soy chilli chicken’, ‘Kung pao chicken’ and ‘crispy fried exotic vegetables dragon roll’ are also recommended.

The menu will be available at the restaurant until February 1 at Rs 275 onwards.
