‘Reformed’ gangster ‘Agni’ Sridhar, who was arrested for possessing firearms and foreign-made liquor illegally and hospitalised following chest pain, was discharged on Saturday.
On February 7, police raided Sridhar’s house in Kumaraswamy Layout, accusing him of sheltering history-sheeters ‘Onte’ Rohith and ‘Silent’ Sunil, who are accused of threatening a Congress leader, ‘Tata’ Ramesh.
Ramesh is an associate of Dasanapura APMC president Kadabagere Srinivas who was shot at on February 3.
A local court had granted Sridhar 15-day interim anticipatory bail.
