Mobile value-added solutions provider OnMobile on Thursday said that its Managing Director and CEO Rajiv Pancholy has resigned owing to personal and family reasons.
After almost three years, Pancholy has cited personal and family reasons for leaving OnMobile and returning to Canada, the company said.
The Board of Directors of OnMobile Global has also announced that it has approved a new corporate structure with Francois-Charles Sirois as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. It also named Sanjay Bhambri as President and Chief Operating Officer of India, Asia, Middle East and Africa; and Ignacio Martin Velasco as President and Chief Operating Officer of Europe and Americas.
