Assessments for IAIS to be held on Aug 28, 29

The assessments are conducted at more than 5000 schools in different parts of the country. Over 2 lakh students from Class 3 to Class 12 participate in these assessments held annually. This number has been increasing every year as more and more students become aware of IAIS and the immense benefits it provides to the students, parents, teachers and schools.

Students appear for these assessments to get an in-depth diagnosis of their strengths and weaknesses in core subjects like Mathematics, Science, English and Computer Skills.
Students who wish to participate can contact their schools or visit the IAIS website http://iais.emacmillan.com.
Schools can register themselves online at the IAIS website or contact any of Macmillan Publishers India Ltd offices.

IAIS is one of the most eagerly awaited international assessments programs for school students. It provides students with an opportunity to benchmark themselves amongst other students of their class, their school, their state, their country and internationally. As IAIS is independent of any board, students can compare themselves amongst students of other boards, which they cannot do otherwise.
Students also get an indication of where they stand internationally and what skill-areas they need to work at. This is very useful for students who aspire to study abroad and appear in international exams like SAT, Cambridge ESOL exams, TOEFL, IELTS, GMAT, GRE etc.

“After getting the IAIS reports, I knew exactly the topics to spend more time on to get high marks in Science in my boards.” Subrat Mota, student of class X, appeared in IAIS in 2008. IAIS has a unique, researched, scientific system that helps students identify the skills they are good at and where they need to improve within each subject-area.
IAIS is extremely valuable in helping students discover their latent potential so that they perform to their optimum during their school and board exams, competitive entrance exams like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, PMT, CAT etc. and international exams like SAT, TOEFL, GMAT etc.

Although more than a competition, top performers are awarded certificates and medals for their achievement. Students who get the maximum scores in the region and in their respective states are awarded medals from University of New South Wales, Australia and Macmillan Publishers India Ltd. Each participant receives a UNSW certificate.

IAIS is the most comprehensive assessments program available to students and schools in India. It is conducted in India by Macmillan Publishers India Ltd in association with Educational Assessment Australia, University of New South Wales, Australia. Macmillan Publishers India Ltd is a century old organisation that partners schools and institutions to provide high quality education services. EAA is a not-for-profit, quality endorsed organisation involved in educational research and testing.
