The Mico Layout police are on the hunt for an unidentified person who created a Facebook account for a woman and uploaded her obscene images along with her mobile phone number and photograph on the social networking site.
The woman lodged a police complaint after her friend informed her about the existence of such an account in her name which had obscene content, the police said.
The woman, who is a native of Rajasthan, stays with her brother in Mico Layout here. On March 26, 2017, her photograph along with her mobile phone number was uploaded after which she started receiving numerous anonymous calls. The culprit not only uploaded the content, but also managed to share it with many others, the police said. The police have sought the help of the cyber crime officials to track and trace the culprit.
