<p> The alleged on-set tensions between "Furious 8" stars Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel seem to be continuing throughout the movie's press tour and the studio is reportedly keeping them apart.<br /><br />When Diesel was promoting the new film at CinemaCon this week, Johnson's absence was noted upon, particularly as he was also at the convention promoting his other new movies, "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" and "Baywatch," The Hollywood Reporter said.<br /><br />"They're keeping them separated as much as possible," a source says, intimating that the feud that started last year was still ongoing.<br /><br />The beef between the two blockbuster action stars apparently began at the end of the filming of "Furious 8" last summer, when Johnson took to Facebook to seemingly have a swipe at the conduct of his colleague.<br /><br />"My female co-stars are always amazing, and I love 'em. My male co-stars however are a different story," Johnson had posted.<br /><br />Interestingly, the next time the two are contracted to appear together will be the red carpet premiere of the film on April 8 in New York City.<br /><br />The movie, known as "Fast and Furious 8" in the United Kingdom, will release on April 14.<br />Directed by F. Gary Gray, it sees Diesel and Johnson reunite alongside Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Jason Statham, with Charlize Theron and Helen Mirren being newcomers to the cast.</p>
