Ezzy Group unveils new project, to raise FDI

Ezzy Group on Wednesday launched its new project ‘The Avenue’ and is looking to raise funds further from foreign promoters through the FDI  route.

Briefing reporters, Ezzy Group Managing Director Hisham Tamiz said, “For the past two years, we have infused Rs 200 crore through various investor including AAB Industries from Gulf Cooperation Council to develop one million square feet of premium luxury housing across three new projects. We are in talks with stockists to bring in some more funds.”

“The group will further invest Rs 600 crore towards development of three million square feet of Royal Luxury Housing across the group’s magnum opus projects planned until 2020,”  he added.
