Only films, no television

Sources say that Bebo was offered a whopping amount for the show. However, due to prior movie and brand commitments, Kareena had to decline the flattering offer. We come to hear that the show would have involved Kareena interacting with contestants  with big Bollywood dreams from different parts of the nation.

Talking about her decision to turn down the offer, reveals a source, “Kareena has just started filming for Ra1 with SRK. She then has her hands full with Golmaal 3, Agent Vinod with Saif Ali Khan and an untitled film with Madhur Bhandarkar. Not to forget the plethora of brands she endorses — as of now, she doesn’t have time for television.”

However, those hoping to see Kareena Kapoor on the small screen during prime time need not be disappointed since the pretty actress might just make her television debut in 2011. Says Kareena, “Television is an option that I definitely find exciting. But I would much rather concentrate on one thing now. So it is films for the moment.”
