A pedestrian was injured after a drunk motorcyclist rode his bike recklessly at Anil Kumble Junction on MG Road Sunday evening.
The injured has been identified as Shilpa, an employee of a private firm. Manjunath, the motorcyclist, has been arrested. Cubbon Park police have registered a case. Cubbon Park police have registered a case.
In another case in Chikkaballapur, a drunk car driver crashed his vehicle into a bike killing the rider. The deceased has been identified as Gunam Sathya Sai Surup (28), a resident of Bidadi near Bengaluru. His wife Lavanya Devi was injured in the accident.
Shekar Babu, who was driving the car, has been arrested for reckless and drunk driving.
