HAL team defeated the Centre of Excellence by 4-2 goals and won the third victory in the championship. Marata Light Infantry team defeated Central Excise by 4-2 goals.
HAL team’s Mohammed Nayeem scored two goals in the 17th and 41st minute respectively and lead the team to victory in the first half of the match itself. In the second half of the match, Ayyappa and Regan Bopanna scored the goal for the team. Sampath Kumar and Darshan scored the goal for Centre of Excellence.
In the second match, Marata Light Infantry team’s Krishna Patil scored the goal in the sixth minute while Sunil Kumar converted penalty corner to a goal. Later, Praful Kumar and Ganesh Patil scored the goal for MLI. Vivek Ramakrishna scored two goals for Central Excise team.
