Mutt told to approach BBMP

The High Court of Karnataka directed the petitioners challenging the alleged encroachment of CA site by Sri Ramachandrapur Mutt in Gririnagar to approach the BBMP commissioner with their complaints. 

A division bench, comprising Justice Jayant Patel and Justice S Sujatha, directed the petitioners to file a written complaint to the BBMP commissioner and directed the commissioner to examine their plaints.

The bench said that the commissioner will have to hear the parties and find out if the mutt has encro­a­ched upon the CA site and if there is any encroachment, then a notice has to be sent to the mutt and hear them.
